Technical Project Manager Position Title: Technical Project Manager
Office Location: Crystal City
General: The Crystal City, VA office of KASEMAN, LLC is currently searching for qualified Technical Project Managers to provide support to the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for the Transportation Security Administration, Office of Security Technology (OST).
Functional Responsibilities: Experienced in the contract/program management of equipment programs and the development of acquisition and contract documentation (CDRLs, DIDs, SOWs etc.). Candidate should have experience in the development and maintenance of project related technical documents. Project Management skills needed include development and monitoring scope, cost, and schedule for the projects. Candidate shall exhibit exceptional written and oral communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with various levels of management and support personnel in the completion of day to day tasks.
Detailed Position Description: The Technical Project Manager will report to the functional team lead and specific responsibilities shall include:
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, schedules
- Provide Contract Management oversight support of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) contracts.
- Develop and maintain necessary contract management documentation in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines.
- Produce statements of work, independent government cost estimates (IGCE), and related procurement documentation.
- Assist in the development and tracking of contract data requirements list (CDRL) and other contract deliverables.
- Produce various program status reports and briefings for management and stakeholders.
- Support functional team leads in the development and standardization all project related tasks across the program.

Detailed Skill Sets: A qualified candidate will possess:
- Experience in systems engineering principles and approach to technical project management.

- Assist support team in tracking vendor contract deliverables.
- Assist in the development of Procurement Request (PR) packages.
- Track and monitor various projects, equipment purchase, and deployment activities.
- Develop and monitor project schedule baselines and budgets.
- Prepare weekly program status reports.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for program and project status meetings.
Detailed Skill Sets: A qualified candidate will possess:

Position Title: Construction Project Manager

General: KASEMAN, LLC is currently searching for a qualified Construction Project Manager. One to three years in project management work successfully completing Space/Planning build-outs on large scale projects.
Functional Responsibilities: One to three years in Project Management work including supporting the planning, programming, project development, implementation, and monitoring facility design and construction. Must be professional and customer focus. Domestic travel will occasionally be required. Candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel and Project. Detailed Position Description: Candidate must have a strong background in construction to include the ability to interpret CAD drawings, build out schedules and overall project coordination. Investigative Assistant
Position Title: Investigative Assistant
Office Location:This position is located in the New Jersey Field Office of the Diplomatic Security Service in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
General: The Crystal City, VA office of KASEMAN, LLC is currently searching for a qualified Investigative Assistant to provide support to the Diplomatic Security Service, New Jersey field office.
Functional Responsibilities: Review law enforcement, immigration, vital statistics and medical records to verify claims of subjects of criminal and applicant investigations through city, county, state and federal government offices, public and private institutions, organizations and agencies.
Detailed Position Description: The Investigative Assistant will report to the Unit Supervisor and specific responsibilities shall include:
- Send out leads to other field offices
- Inputs information into database and proofread for accuracy
- Process records and documents for official signature and transmittal to law enforcement agencies for verification
- Distributes verified record checks to the appropriate agent for inclusion in the investigations
- Establishes and maintains liaison with representatives of agencies contacted on a regular basis to insure their cooperation during fast-breaking investigations. Based on rapport developed, contact such agencies in emergencies to gain vital investigative information in an informal manner
- Operates various computer retrieval systems on the federal, state and local levels to provide record processing of all investigative cases assigned to the New Jersey field office
- Conducts record checks through the TECS/NCIC/NLETS systems
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, which includes Federal Express, postal service and interoffice mail, etc. as requested
- Maintains office filing systems for investigative cases on a daily basis
- Accurately file all closed investigative reports and other pertinent data/documents received for all investigative cases
- Purge files in accordance for prescribed Department regulations
- Prepares Monthly Vehicle Report for Headquarters and GSA. Maintains the files for these reports
- Discharge other clerical, administrative and investigative duties as assigned
Detailed Skill Sets: A qualified candidate will possess:
- Knowledge of a body of standardized investigative procedures
- Department jurisdiction and policies required to perform a range of investigative procedures
- Must demonstrate the ability to apply basic practices and techniques of criminal and background investigations
- Operate effectively in an office environment
- Knowledge of PC’s, software(Windows, MS Office)
- Qualified Typists (55wpm accuracy)
- Possess 3 years office environment experience
- High School Diploma, some college coursework is preferred
- Experience working in Law Enforcement standards and procedures
- Familiar with Law Enforcement databases (NCIC, NLETS, TECS)
- Ability to communicate with managers within the Bureau of Diplomatic Security
- Produce an accurate and reliable work product
- Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and good judgment
- Analytical skills are desired to glean important case information among CFO’s burgeoning caseload
Experience: Must have 3-5 years Administrative office experience
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college course work preferred
